Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care is a trade name operated by Brewster Home and Auto Repair LLC, the legal entity responsible for this website and the services described in these Terms. References to “Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Brewster Home and Auto Repair LLC doing business as Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care.

We provide landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, snow removal, and related services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.

By accessing our website, requesting our services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care, a trade name of Brewster Home and Auto Repair LLC, provides landscaping and property maintenance services, which may include lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, landscaping, mulching, cleanups, snow removal, and other related property services.

Services are provided according to the scope of work, estimate, proposal, service agreement, or other terms agreed upon with the customer. Estimates, invoices, service agreements, and payment records may be issued in the name of Brewster Home and Auto Repair LLC, Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care, or both.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and customer approval.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available to us when they are prepared. Pricing may change if site conditions, requested services, property conditions, or the scope of work changes.

Customers will be notified when additional charges may apply whenever reasonably possible.

Recurring service pricing may be adjusted when service requirements, operating costs, seasonal conditions, or other business factors change.

3. Scheduling and Property Access

Service dates and arrival times may change due to weather, emergencies, equipment problems, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property when service is scheduled, including unlocking gates and providing access to areas necessary to perform the agreed services.

We may postpone or reschedule service when property conditions are unsafe or prevent us from properly performing the work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for informing Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care of known hazards, property conditions, underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible fencing, or other conditions that could affect the performance of services.

Customers should remove personal property, toys, hoses, decorations, vehicles, and other objects from service areas before scheduled work when applicable.

Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to items that were not reasonably visible, disclosed, or removed from the work area.

5. Pet Waste Policy

For the safety of our employees, customers, and equipment, customers are responsible for removing pet waste from areas scheduled for lawn care, landscaping, or other property maintenance services before scheduled service.

Pet Waste Removal Service — $20.00

Customers may request that Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care remove pet waste from the service area prior to performing the scheduled service.

A $20.00 Pet Waste Removal Fee will apply when this service is requested in advance.

If pet waste has not been removed and the customer has not requested the $20.00 removal service before our crew arrives, Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care may postpone service until the area is cleaned.

If our crew encounters excessive pet waste, heavily contaminated areas, or conditions requiring additional cleaning, protective equipment, or biohazard-level handling, a $50.00 Pet Biohazard Cleaning Fee may apply.

Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse or postpone service when pet waste or other hazardous conditions create an unsafe working environment.

By scheduling services with Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care, customers acknowledge and agree to this Pet Waste Policy.

6. Payments and Billing

Customers agree to pay all approved charges according to the payment terms provided in their estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement. Payments may be payable to Brewster Home and Auto Repair LLC or to Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care as indicated on the applicable invoice.

Invoices may be subject to late fees or other applicable charges when permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

7. Cancellations and Service Changes

Customers may contact Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to requested services.

Cancellation policies and applicable fees may vary depending on the type of service and the terms of the customer’s service agreement.

Weather-dependent services, including snow and ice management, may be scheduled or modified based on actual weather and site conditions.

8. Communication and Customer Notifications

By providing your phone number or email address to Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care, you may receive communications related to your customer relationship with us.

These communications may include:

Appointment reminders
Service notifications
Weather-related scheduling updates
Estimate and quote communications
Invoice and payment notifications

Other messages directly related to services you have requested

9. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your services and customer relationship with us.

Our text messaging program may be used for:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service scheduling and updates
Weather-related service notifications
Estimate and quote communications
Invoice and payment notifications
Customer support
Service-related questions
Other communications directly related to services requested by you

Message frequency varies based on your service activity, scheduled appointments, weather conditions, customer requests, and other circumstances related to your account or services. You will not necessarily receive messages on a fixed schedule.

Opting Out of Text Messages

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Brewster’s Landscaping & Lawn Care.

After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive non-essential text messages from the applicable messaging program, although you may still receive communications necessary to complete or manage an existing service relationship where permitted by applicable law.
